The initial shopping experience was quick and efficient, my item arrived quickly, and it did just what I imagined it would, so I’ve not had to smoke, which is always a good thing. Even when there was an issue with my item a few months later the response to my email was super quick and above & beyond what I’d expect, so that’s always reassuring.
